Using Tool Master

Tool Master is a reference catalogue for professional ECU/TCU work. Accounts are issued by the owner. Keep your password and recovery codes private, use your own account and supply accurate account details. Use the service lawfully and within your tool licences. Do not attempt to access another account or disrupt the service.

Coverage and job decisions

Each tool record has its own source, date, access methods and qualifications. A shared ECU name is a search grouping; it does not establish interchangeable hardware or software. A programming or backup function does not establish cloning. The six Flex clone meanings apply only to the corresponding Flex sources.

Check the current tool software, protocol manual, ECU/TCU identification, hardware, software, MCU, immobiliser, donor compatibility and licensing before accepting or carrying out a job. PCMtuner coverage is from an older 2022 PDF. Saved lists do not update automatically. The subscription supplies catalogue access; it does not include a tuning file, tool licence, programming service, repair or postal shipping.

Workshop documents and support

Job sheets and invoice builders help you prepare your own records. Pricing results are estimates based on the costs and rates you enter. Workshop reports use saved invoices, recorded paid amounts and job events; they are not a bank feed or full accounting statement. Review the contents before issuing, keep invoice numbers unique, use your own correct supplier identity, address and contact details, and confirm VAT registration and the applicable tax treatment. You can save customers, job sheets, progress, invoices, job cost estimates and workshop pricing defaults within your workshop account, and download your documents. The portal does not issue invoices on your behalf or send customer messages automatically. Email and WhatsApp buttons open drafts; you review, attach files and send them in your chosen app. Tracked tickets store your messages, replies and attachments for you and portal support. Optional email alerts contain a reference and portal link, and require a configured sender and your notification preference. Quote approval links show the intended quotation to the person holding that link for up to seven days, unless withdrawn or answered. Quote decisions store the name, decision, notes and time; accepting a quote does not take payment. Support does not guarantee compatibility or a response time.

£40 monthly membership

When payments are enabled, membership costs £40 per month in GBP. The amount payable is shown before checkout; any applicable tax must be included in that displayed total. Payment is taken through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no annual commitment. Account access depends on successful payment and an active account; the owner account is exempt.

Cancellation, payment problems and refunds

Open Subscription → Manage billing to cancel, update your payment method or obtain invoices. Normal cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. An unsuccessful payment may pause catalogue access. Contact admin@precisionremapsuk.com for billing errors, refunds, complaints or cancellation assistance. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law, including any cancellation or refund rights. We do not ask you to waive those rights by signing in or checking the subscription box.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a usable service and correct reported errors. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. Tell us about missing or incorrect coverage and include the source and exact ECU label. Technical job decisions and vehicle work remain the responsibility of the person carrying them out. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Content and changes

Tool manufacturers retain their names, marks and source material. They do not endorse this portal. Use the catalogue for your own work; do not redistribute another provider’s protected material without permission. We may improve the service and update these terms. Material subscription or price changes will be communicated before they affect a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel. The terms displayed at checkout govern that purchase.
